Celeste ClawsonCeleste is our CEO who enjoys traveling around the world, running, and watching her kids grow up. Before starting TRG, Celeste worked as a corporate trainer where she was responsible for training at 32 different corporate locations. She grew tired of the corporate life and gave up her expense account and life of flying around on the company jet to start TRG. Now she has to deal with per diem and TSA lines like the rest of us. Celeste currently manages the day-to-day operation of TRG.
Ken keatonKen Keaton is a regional training coordinator who has a dream of playing golf at the Augusta National, enjoys quality Greek food, and dry humor. Ken has a background in emergency management, emergency response, and 911 Center operations. He served 7 years as Chief of the Savannah River Site (SRS) Fire Department, managed the SRS Operations Center which includes the Emergency Operations Center facilities and the 911 Center. Ken provides a wealth of knowledge in fire service and emergency management.

Tom ClawsonPresident Tom Clawson likes long camel rides in the desert, drinking single origin coffee, and deep sea diving. Tom brings an extensive background in operational health physics and radiological training to the TRG team. He has over 30 years of radiological work experience covering Navy Nuclear Power, Commercial Nuclear Power, and DOE facilities. Tom also spent 10 years working as the ES&H Manager at a community college.
Mark LinsleyMark Linsley is a regional training coordinator who enjoys cooking, playing with radioactive material, and believes in the Packers. Aside from being the tallest member of our team at 6 foot 8 inches, Mark brings an extensive background in academic and operational health physics. Mark is a Certified Health Physicist and has work experience in DOE facilities and academia. Mark is a former DOE Radiological Assistance Program team member and team leader.

Celeste cusackCeleste Cusack our office manager, who loves Montana, fly fishing, and taking her son adventuring. Celeste has a degree in business and is a volunteer EMT for Bonneville County Sheriff Search and Rescue. Celeste is responsible for all the ins and outs of source support. She makes sure we are in compliance prior to shipping sources to our training locations.
John LundJohn Lund is a regional training coordinator who jet sets around the globe with his wife, enjoys a good micro brew, and takes excellent care of his family. John is a retired fire Captain and paramedic where he served the community for 20+ years. John also worked for Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center as an Emergency Room and Flight Paramedic and has been delivering radiological training to first responders and hospital personnel since 1997. John brings valuable knowledge regarding any and all things Fire/EMS.
